This course involved 15 hours and considered how Middle Leaders in Education can work best given they are often the ones who are asked to implement or explain strategic decisions made by Senior Leadership.  

One key takeaway from this for me, was that the Strategic Management papers I had taken for my SSM preparation were directly transferable, but needed to be adjusted for a much more diverse group of stakeholders.

I was an advisor to the board of Waiau Area School, and an elected board member of Ruru Specialist School.
