This course involved 15 hours and considered how Middle Leaders in Education can work best given they are often the ones who are asked to implement or explain strategic decisions made by Senior Leadership.
One key takeaway from this for me, was that the Strategic Management papers I had taken for my SSM preparation were directly transferable, but needed to be adjusted for a much more diverse group of stakeholders.

The outcome of which meant that I was certified to confirm compliance from 3rd party providers, audit all existing systems, and internally investigate any occurrences which did not require compulsory reporting to the CAA or Worksafe, as well as any which did. 20 hours.
